Our highlight technologies include CAM-supported and simultaneous multi-sided machining for maximum precision, enabling complex geometries to be efficiently produced in a single operation. For series production, we rely on automation solutions.

We specialize in precision turning for small, thin-walled parts and complex internal geometries. With our mill-turn capabilities, we perform milling directly on the lathe for maximum efficiency.

Our EDM technology complements our machining capabilities perfectly. With state-of-the-art systems, we offer a comprehensive portfolio in spark erosion – from NC start-hole drilling and 4-axis die-sinking to 6-axis wire EDM and erosive grinding.

Our in-house capabilities cover the full spectrum of joining technologies, including welding, brazing, and soldering. Using specialized procedures, we achieve verified leak rates of less than 1×10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s for high-vacuum applications.

With our NC-controlled surface grinding machine, we give your parts the perfect finishing touch! Surface grinding creates a flat, parallel surface with a defined roughness, all within tight tolerances.

Our finishing processes ensure precise surface treatment and optimal quality. We achieve consistent surface optics and haptics through vibratory finishing, complemented by expert manual deburring. Our dedicated cleaning department utilizes ultrasonic technology and manual procedures to ensure parts are perfectly clean and residue-free.

We assemble your components in our modern facilities. We handle everything from parts just a few millimeters in size to large assemblies spanning several meters, with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons.

Our fully air-conditioned measuring room, equipped with two tactile measuring machines and various optical measuring devices, ensures precise inspection conditions during final control. Naturally, all necessary gauges, measuring, and auxiliary tools are available. We also offer helium leak and pressure tests. Test reports ensure that your requirements are consistently met.

Since 2005, we have been using the FDM process (Fused Deposition Modeling) for prototype production. The following materials are available: PC-ABS, PC, ABS-M30, and PA.

With our laser system, we mark your components made of steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and selected plastics with your desired text.

Our materials warehouse includes a wide range of steels, non-ferrous metals, plastics, as well as a variety of special materials. In addition, we keep around 6.500 standard parts and 4.000 different semi-finished and finished parts in stock for our customers.

Our sawing department ensures a reliable and precisely tailored supply of materials.

We package your products individually according to your requirements - from precisely shaped 3D-printed packaging for delicate parts to Euroboxes with foam inserts, vacuum packaging, and environmentally conscious reuse of cardboard boxes. Delivery is made by our own fleet in the region, via standard shipping companies, or by freight forwarder.
